MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 300 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO.

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
Shifts available:3rd Shift - 11:00pm-7:30am (with a 15% shift differential)
It’s a hands-on role, creating the products our customers love to show off and share Business Cards, Postcards, Stickers and more. You’ll work on our laminators, guillotine cutters, and round corner cutter machines. But you won’t just make our printed products you can grow your career here too (just like some of our leaders, who started in this very role).
You will need to:Process and produce MOO productsSafely and proficiently operate machinery including laminators, guillotine cutters, and round corner cuttersWork to lean manufacturing principlesFollow instructions of supervisors, and assist coworkers with their facility functionsMaintain your work area to 5S standardsPerform additional duties as needed or required

Physical fitnessNo need to be a crossfit champ, but you will need to stand for the whole shift (except meal and rest periods of course), move and lift up to 55 pounds and be able to bend or twist at the waist and knees.
People skillsWe’re a real team, so you’ll be a good communicator and keen to help out and assist others when needed.
Good work ethicWithout you, there is no MOO.
