About This Role
Trustly'sDirector, Merchant Experienceowns the successful realization of the Trustly end-user experience within apps and sites created by our merchants and partners. In this role you will use your passion for leadership and customer experience to make a big impact and ensure successful integrations of our products.What You'll Do
  • Lead the team of Experience Managers while creating standard integration practices to scale our ability to meet the needs of Trustly Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Guide the team in owning the external project management of integrations done by our partners and merchants to target launch dates and scope.
  • Assess client existing end-user experiences to determine the optimal design of incorporating Trustly.
  • Own the application of Trustly experience capabilities and requirements to the real-world context of client (merchant and channel partner) apps and sites.
  • Collaborate with merchants and partners on incorporating Trustly experience best practices, ensuring they are set up for success from the start.
  • Optimize integration time to go live always focused on quality and the customer and merchant experience.
  • Develop and track KPIs for continuous performance and improvement of the team.
  • Be a point of escalation, guidance, and resolution for capacity, product and integration issues.
  • Ensure merchant requirements and feedback are collected and addressed in collaboration with Design, Product and Engineering.
  • Be a hands-on, motivational leader supporting your team in their performance and growth within Trustly.
What We Look For
  • 10+ years of experience in external customer facing UX, Front End Design program/project management
  • 5+ years of hands on experience building, leading and retaining and top performing and engaged team
  • Experience with website development using tools such as Figma, Javascript, Java, mobile front end
  • Working knowledge of Restful APIs, iFrame and Lightboxes
  • Previous experience managing and delivering Web Services API and JavaScript SDK integrations to target date
  • Understanding of UX design principles
  • Experience in eCommerce industry required, Fintech and Payments a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and make critical decisions with limited information
  • Thrives and succeeds in a fast paced, startup environment
  • Experience with global and enterprise teams highly desirable
