Pave allows companies to benchmark compensation to leaders in their industry, analyze internal compensation data and make the right adjustments, then visually communicate compensation to their employees. We’re building the world’s largest real-time compensation data platform on the path to help employers and employees navigate the murky world of compensation with clarity, equity, and accessibility. Your Primary FocusYou'll have the opportunity to work with product teams on complex problems, then own the implementation and delivery to customers. Work across the stack with other engineers to create best-in-class experiences and features for candidates, employees, and high-profile companies.About You

• 5+ years of experience in a full-stack software engineering role
• Experience working with React amp; Typescript
• Experience and enjoy working with other product roles (designers, PMs)
• Passionate about building iteratively to gather feedback
• Love the idea of owning projects end-to-end
