Join us as part of the Red Sox Spring Training Customer Service team at JetBlue Park. We have a variety of open positions for the 2022 season and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to working the majority of our 15 home Spring Training games as well as additional events in the mid-February to late March timeframe. Tour guides would have an opportunity to work additional non-game / event days providing tours to fans of Red Sox Nation!
The customer service team at JetBlue Park helps with all facets of fan interaction. Here are some of the roles and how they engage/interact with fans at games, events and for JetBlue Park tours.
The shuttle drivers will greet you at your car and ask if you need a ride assist to the gates. From there you will be welcomed by our greeters who will assist in getting you through the gates of JetBlue Park. Once inside customer service team members will be available to help guide you to your seat or in the event a wheelchair is need they can provide that as well! The customer service team is also responsible for providing daily tours of JetBlue Park, staffing the Fan Information Booth, and selling all 50/50 raffle tickets during games.
