The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and DEamp;I will establish and implement strategies and programming across the organization to enhance recruiting and develop a pipeline of diverse talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, as well as in employee retention, talent planning and hiring best practices. You will play a key role in driving Emburse’s core values by championing an environment where all employees feel a sense of belonging.   • Understands the business needs/priorities; and translates these insights into an executable Talent Acquisition/Diversity and Inclusion/Human Resources strategy
  • Actively participates in external and internal networks to stay on top of emerging talent and diversity best practices
  • Partner across the People organization to infuse DEamp;I principles through recruitment, learning and development, onboarding, and talent management
  • Ensures that talent, diversity, and performance outcomes are effectively analyzed, reported and actioned
  • Coach global leaders, hiring managers and recruiters on best practices to improve candidate experience, candidate engagement and evaluate and serve as an advocate for the candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process
  • Enhance campus recruitment efforts by partnering the Talent Acquisition team with business leaders to develop, implement and oversee college recruiting plans that meet diversity hiring goals for graduate hires and internship programs
  • Position and effectively articulate our unique employment brand, playing a key role in increasing awareness and equity of the Emburse brand
  • Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to tell the story around recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to drive success
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with external community and professional groups focused on improving diversity representation and inclusive workplace cultures
  • Foster a culture of diversity within Emburse that creates a positive, rewarding, and inclusive work environment
  • Provide guidance and strategic support to colleagues and leaders to include on-going training and education to ensure a thorough understanding of DEamp;I best practices
What We're Looking For
  • 7-10 years related experience as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources leader with significant autonomy and scope of responsibility
  • 5+ years of demonstrated Diversity Equity amp; Inclusion experience, with focus on recruitment of underrepresented talent
  • Preferred: CPLP, PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP
  • Significant experience in developing and scaling recruitment sourcing strategies, preferably around DEamp;I
  • Experience in managing DEamp;I initiatives, ideally on a company-wide scale
  • Experience in negotiating and managing comprehensive contracts and vendor relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and
