In this role, you will drive ABM digital strategy as the bridge between the sales teams and regional marketing teams and digital execution. You will deeply understand the sales funnel and strategic account plans and drive a digital strategy that enables our sales team to more effectively penetrate and cross-sell into target accounts. You’ll act as the key point person to regional marketing teams in defining, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing programs to engage and convert key contacts within regional target account lists.Responsibilities
  • The role will serve as the global regional digital strategy lead and will run point across digital pipeline generation for regional target accounts.
  • Support/drive adoption of MQA model with regional sales amp; marketing teams.
  • Use a data-driven approach to increase penetration into target accounts and MQAs through digital programs
  • Work with regional marketing amp; sales teams in the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns aimed at building awareness and new pipeline in the enterprise market
  • Provide targeting, budgetary, and other campaign recommendations to regional teams based on desired ABM outcomes
  • Measure and report performance of all ABM marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Work cross-functionally with the analytics and global campaigns team to establish reporting needs for target accounts
  • Work closely with system architect to ensure campaigns are maintained and setup utilizes tech stack most efficiently. Support system architect amp; sales enablement with sales usage strategy and campaign builds of marketing tech stack.
  • Establish new ways for the sales and marketing teams to utilize direct mail (Sendoso) in ABM strategy
About you
  • You are business first and look beyond MQLs to understand what drives impact on revenue
  • You have a track record of partnering with sales in strategic initiatives and driving business outcomes
  • You lead with the data but are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to build bridges across disparate organizations
  • You have a digital and ops background and are able to translate that to sales-facing programs
