Come join us if you like to tackle big problems and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.Responsibilities:- Work on a wide range of legal issues across the company, including commercial contracts, corporate, licensing, and other matters
- Assist with curating the company-wide contract management system
- Review and analyze commercial contracts
- Projects will be assigned based on needs from the legal team
Skills:- Current law school student (2L or 3L)
- An interest in the in-house legal environment with a focus on the FinTech sector
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work with team members at all levels and across departments resourcefully, proactively and efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
