As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will manage Workpath’s in-home program by leading clinical initiatives throughout the organization and ensuring that Workpath’s network quality becomes, and remains, an industry leader.What You'll Do:
  • Serve as primary point of contact on clinical matters for all relevant stakeholders - Workpath employees, Workpath customers, providers, service providers, and partners
  • Develop, implement, and maintain necessary clinical processes and protocols to support Workpath’s in-home service lines
  • Provide clinical feedback, cross-functionally, for any new company initiatives, product launches, or special projects
  • Consult with the business development and onboarding teams to understand customer clinical needs and build out in-home programs
  • Compile and analyze quality reports to actively monitor clinical performance and disseminate findings to key business stakeholders
  • Serve as an internal consultant on clinical matters for product, design, and operations as Workpath teams collectively build out our API, mobile app, and web dashboard
  • Support Workpath operations and growth teams with new customers, new education requirements, and information related to supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support Workpath’s achievement of our overall OKRs including such as quality metrics and market health
What You'll Bring:
  • RN (BSN) required
  • 5-7+ years of nursing experience
  • 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
  • Vast knowledge of the lab industry, the home health industry, and the technical aspect of phlebotomy
  • Self starter with the ability to work autonomously, the initiative to build and own processes, and the know-how to implement process improvements
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment
  • Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with sound business judgment

  • Experience with mobile phlebotomy and/or nursing
  • Experience at industry leading clinical laboratories
