Splash Financial is seeking a strategic leader to join its newly founded credit team as its new Director of Credit Implementation. As a Director of Credit Implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring our credit and verification strategies being implemented accurately and timely. About the RoleIf you’re at a point in your career where you’re ready for the challenge and excitement of shaping a program and scaling it exponentially, this could be the role for you.We’re looking for an experienced self-starter who is not afraid of going deep into the data and documenting and managing complex processes needed to ensure the implementation accuracy of our credit and verification strategies for all products. Details include:· Own credit and verification strategy implementation processes that cover from prequalification to origination.· Properly document, track changes and version control the entire aspects of credit and verification strategies.· Properly audit for accuracy all changes that are implemented.· Collaborate with Data Science, Data and Technology to identify and execute opportunities that improve our strategy flow, and accommodate unique flows needed to improve business outcomes.· Set up and audit the outbound and inbound API needed in the credit and verification processes.· Manage complete codes that allow simulations of current and historical strategies for analytic purposes.· Act as data SME and guardian; establish a process to detect any data issues or anomalies that can affect the strategy qualities.About YouYou can choose to stay where you are and work remotely. Being remote is not an issue for us. You may be asked to travel to our headquarter in Cleveland, OH from time to time.· 6+ years of relevant professional experience in managing implementation specs; direct prior experience in fintech or lending companies is a big plus.· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; such as project management and operations research.· High attention to detail when documenting processes and changes; know how to identify edge cases that may break the flows.· Highly creative to find ways to continuously improve flows and accommodate unique flows required by credit strategy team and other constituents.· Know how to organize complex processes.· A data person; not only not afraid of facing the data but also love to be immersed in vast amount of data to understand what can be used at what stage.· Proficient in data query and analysis tools; such as SQL, SAS, R; fluency in python is a big plus.· Proficient in setting up APIs and PMML-based implementation.· Exceptional project management skills to ensure the strategies analyze data and how to extract the values to
