What you will do:- Build and automate data systems, processes, and models to help us scale our ability to evaluate businesses, and to make employee ownership and wealth more accessible to thousands of low/mid-income employees in America
- Evaluate, design, and implement analytics tools to facilitate data-driven decisions across the company
- Contribute to designing and building our data infrastructure. Influence the technical architecture, and help make decisions that shape the foundation of our data products.
What you bring:- 3+ years of building data-related software (pipelines, models, processes) using python data tools (pandas, scikit-learn)
- Experience designing data systems / products and deploying them to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- (Nice to have) Experience using common data engineering tools (Airflow, dbt), distributed computing tools (Spark), and applying basic Machine Learning concepts (building models in scikit-learn)
