Build a brand and fuel HqO’s growth through compelling, data-driven marketing campaigns.

HqO is seeking an energetic, experienced self-starter to lead marketing operations and analytics. As HqO’s marketing operations manager, you are going to work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, database management, and marketing measurement. You are going to conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. You are going to be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate is creative and data-driven, with a background in and experience building programs, processes, and reporting that help sales and marketing teams to collaborate and grow the business. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Customer Operations and will directly support the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and with other functions to drive performance improvements, continuously enhance the impact of marketing and help the company continue along its fast growth trajectory
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, Marketo and Salesforce, used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Own marketing analytics by building the standardization, tracking, and reporting of key global metrics in the marketing funnel
  • Drive understanding of our footprint, where leads are coming from, how leads convert through the funnel, and which marketing activities are most effective at sourcing / influence so we can improve the ROI of every marketing dollar spent
  • Own our marketing attribution model and test new models to see the impact on pipeline and revenue generation
  • Work with BDRs and sales teams to ensure healthy data processes
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within Marketo and Salesforce
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Train staff on new technology and software
  • Assist with marketing team budget management to ensure spending is aligned with budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in marketing operations or similar position
  • Demonstrated advanced abilities working with marketing automation systems (like Marketo) and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Confirmed ability to lead a project schedule in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly challenged, evaluated, and run proactively while meeting time and quality objectives
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience with account based marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and social media reporting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling and actionable material
