Account Representative, EAP (Remote)

Who we need:
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Account Management team in projects and activities. Ability to act as the customer liaison within the organization, responding to customer needs/inquiries and ensuring contractual and administrative obligations are met. Responds to customer requests, coordinating trainings and health fairs for the EAP Book of Business and proactively outreaching to customers to provide communication and promotional materials.Why us?
