TGA believes that Sports Change Lives, and we do so by making them available to all students through after-school enrichment programs at schools and community centers before transitioning students to camps, leagues, and family events at golf courses, tennis courts, and community fields.
We are currently looking for part-time youth sports coaches in the Beach Cities and the Pasadena area of Los Angeles. The ideal team member will have experience working in Golf and Tennis.
This job is perfect for part-time workers, retirees, high school and college students, stay-at-home parents, nanny, teachers, and anyone else with a flexible schedule who have a passion for sports, love working with young children, and want to give back to their community.
TGA Premier Sports combines athletics, academics, and life lessons to create fun and engaging youth programs. We incorporate station-based athletic skill development activities and STEAM subjects to explore educational concepts through sports.
Schedules will vary but class times will typically fall between Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Depending on location you live)
Weekend Soccer Classes for Additional Hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation: Starting rate $21 (then up to $25 within first 2 weeks). Higher rates up to $35 reviewed in relation to experience.
Requirements
Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely-held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.
