We currently run Georgia's top rated Holistic Hair Loss Clinic along with a growing e-commerce business. We're seeking a videographer/editor to work with us 3 days per week to create and post educational and sales-based content that will expand our brand on a national level.

Day to day responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for every aspect of production, from planning to shooting to editing to posting. The position requires a strong sense of creativity and a high level of responsibility and organization.
- You will be tasked with producing or repackaging on-brand, short form content to promote our business, brand, products and services.
- Execute against briefs and produce highly engaging social-first content for primary (YouTube) and secondary (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) social platforms
- Manage our YouTube channel and perform SEO analysis to tag videos and playlists appropriately
- Stay abreast of new YouTube features and optimize channel for maximum engagement and exposure
- Maintain production schedules for assigned content
- Work against project due dates and budgets to deliver as needed
- Organize, plan, and execute shoot-based content
- Analyze performance of social content and optimize for future executions
- Short-form/social content production, from shooting to editing to post-production work
Some equipment such as professional camera and lighting are provided, however the more equipment you have, the better. Team communication is crucial, and you should be able to give and receive feedback graciously.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of social media marketing, including paid and organic channels
- Thorough knowledge about YouTube algorithms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative eye for design and video content
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Proficient in video editing tools
- Optimize social posts using best practices for copy, captions and hashtags.
- Track, manage and archive of all final assets.
- Understanding of compression settings, media encoding with aspect ratios ranging from 16:9 to 4:3, 4:5, and everything in between
- Thorough understanding of lighting techniques and best practices
Must live in the metropolitan area of Atlanta, GA.
