If this sounds like you, Saxony Partners is looking for a strong project manager specifically in the Real Estate Industry. You need to be able to tell good stories about concrete examples of projects they’ve delivered in the recent past. Our teams are responsible for leading and prioritization of client organization and technology needs, development of strategic visions to support and enable business objectives, detailed planning of projects and tasks needed to move a business.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with large projects (technology based) where you were the Lead PM.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple business functions across different disciplines and geographies (including international).
- Commercial real estate and fund accounting knowledge.
- Prefer formal PM training skills acquired through a structured program (Deloitte, Eamp;Y, Accenture, etc.).
- Understanding of Yardi, Anaplan, and Workiva are a plus.
- Need to be self-starter with an understanding of project management from beginning to end with the ability to execute your plan.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Project manages and directs the development and deployment of Yardi system products and 3rd party application solutions that integrate into the existing Yardi platform.
- Lead Yardi and technology projects, programs or initiatives.
- Works with the customer during the project initiation phase to develop project scope, objectives, resource requirements, milestones and business requirements.
- Ensures timeliness and manages the quality of deliverables, milestones, and end product. Works with the customer throughout the project lifecycle
- Execute project plans within time and budget constraints
- Establishes and maintains project artifacts
- Manages communication plan for project status, issues and risks; provides project performance metrics with a focus on status
