We are looking for a management consultant to join our team and support a large, well-known Fortune 500 company.
About The Work
The consultant will drive an exciting and innovative enterprise-wide initiative for a Fortune 500 client. This initiative requires close collaboration with multiple internal functions, departments and stakeholders striving to enable the successful launch of a global, consumer-facing product.
The work involves the following:
- Driving the formulation and execution of innovative consumer-facing products and offerings
- Ensuring that deadlines are met by all stakeholders involved in the work
- Engaging cross functional stakeholders to ensure awareness and input into key deliverables
- Connecting with global teams - may require meetings to support different time zones
- Developing briefings that synthesize approaches, plans, scope, and recommendations to enable buy-in and adoption
- Conducting quantitative analysis from complex data sets
- Leveraging subject matter experts to conduct analysis and formulate options
Creating detailed project plans to ensure alignment around activities and enable support of launch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strategic management consultant with at least 7-10 years of progressive consulting experience with top tier consulting companies (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain amp; Company) - commercial consulting experience and hospitality and CPG industry experience highly preferred.
- Incredible team player that collaborates effectively with others and drives towards results
- Strong experience with project management methodologies, business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, and strategic communications/change management
- A polished communicator, both spoken and written
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical and strong quantitative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adjust based on near-term priorities and scope adjustments
- Ability to rapidly produce well crafted and sound recommendations and deliverables
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or similar org chart software
- Proficiency building dashboards and manipulating data in Excel, Tableau and other data analytics software
- Comfortable working with minimal direction
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills
