KidzToPros is hiring Performing Arts instructors - Hip-Hop Dance for after-school programs in the area. To guide kids to explore performing arts-related activities, expand their imaginations, and learn valuable skills and to teach kids the fundamentals of different games from basic to advanced skills, along with valuable lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship.

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in teaching Arts education
- Passionate about teaching Hip-Hop Dance
- Ability to work with students grades K-8
- Efficient class management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license or State ID
- You will be required to clear a background check via online/live scan
- Available between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Benefits
Salary: Session Rate: $40, Hourly Rate: $25
Incentives and Perks:
- Teach 5 days / week: $300 bonus per season (3 seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring)
- Teach 3-4 days / week: $150 bonus per season (3 seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring)
Referral Bonus: Refer a friend to work for us and receive a $30 bonus after they complete a session.
