Job Description

As a Salesforce CRM Account Manager, you will support a variety of clients. Every day will be different. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients and be the primary liaison between client business users and our technical consultants and developers. Using your business acumen, you will assess processes, determine business requirements, and recommend best practice solutions. You will help our clients build a continuous improvement strategy enabling them to get the most out of their Salesforce investment. Our Account Managers are effective change agents who are able to quickly build positive relationships and immerse themselves into client environments. They are business savvy and confident in their ability to provide consultative advice.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at both operational and executive levels. Act as the primary point of contact between assigned clients and Revolution Group.
  • Thoroughly understand each assigned client’s business model and use of their Salesforce environment.
  • Work with client and internal resources to develop short and long-term plans for clients’ Salesforce strategies. Proactively identify opportunities to help clients leverage Salesforce for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Successfully define and manage a backlog of work activities for each client.
  • Effectively collaborate and manage internal resources to complete client’s work activities based on mutual priorities and resource availability.
  • Gather customer requirements and work with client and internal resources to design/implement solutions on the Salesforce or Force.com platform.
  • Assist with data management functions including imports and exports, data manipulation, and cleaning.
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/school experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience in manufacturing, or professional services
  • 2+ years of account management or project management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Business acumen, including a good understanding of common business processes
  • Knowledge of database structures, tables and relationships
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of serving customers; Ability to quickly develop trusted relationships
  • Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Candidates will be required to clear reference and background checks
