Ragtag bunch of hooligans seek an Account Supervisor who is good with humans and a natural problem solver.

About the job:

The Account Supervisor has a knack for understanding people and an ability to build strong connections with clients, partners and internal teams. This quality makes them good at getting a client, pleasing a client and repeating that process many times over. The Account Supervisor learns the ins and outs of our clients’ business and translates that knowledge to the agency team. They are a trusted advisor for the brands they lead at the agency, with partners and with clients.

The Account Supervisor manages client relationships for key accounts, partners closely with strategy and creative teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns from soup to nuts, tracks KPIs and client expectations to hold all work accountable, and helps develop the skills of junior team members.

They know how to foster an environment that brings ideas to life, how to talk to people and win them over, and how to distill complex information so it’s easily understood. Above all, the Account Supervisor knows how to get shit done.

  • You lead assignments in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of digital-first marketing plans from soup to nuts
  • You assist strategy leads with the creative briefing and partner with project management to oversee the entire process through execution
  • You ensure the team is tracking towards their tasks, goals and KPIs
  • You maintain a fiscally responsible mindset for new and existing business relationships
  • You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and accountability for moving the agency and clients’ businesses forward
  • You uphold the SRW standard of what makes great client service by imparting wisdom and SRW process on new and junior team members
  • You have a passion for all things digital/social
    • Social Media black belt - expert user of organic social media AND social ad platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and the up-and-comers
  • You keep a pulse on the industry and competitive landscape for inspiration and regularly share these findings with the team


Additional Qualifications:

  • A degree in journalism, marketing, communications, English or related fields; or equivalency in experience
  • 7+ years agency or client-side marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience leading work for a CPG brand sold in-store or online


Account Supervisor salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 based on relevant work experience.
