About the job:
Our growing marketing firm seeks to add another hooligan to our posse. Our clients are natural foods brands (big and small) focused on tackling awareness, engagement and the ever-evolving world of e-commerce. We are on the hunt for someone who understands the ins and outs of analyzing paid media, primarily digital and social.
The Analytics Manager speaks data, strategy and client. They specialize in translating insights into big picture thinking. Our new Analytics Manager must love reporting and thrive on client interaction. They must find great joy in the word, optimization. They must seek to spot trends and help our clients and creative teams capitalize on them. Above all - they make it rain.
The Analytics Manager loves numbers and gets a high from discovering and explaining insights on campaign performance. They understand all work is better when bolstered by data-informed strategy to propel campaigns to success. They know success is nothing if it’s not properly communicated with reporting, both written and verbal. They enjoy an entrepreneurial environment where equal time is spent working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading clients. They love to leave their mark on an agency, and will input into improvements in our reporting process.

Analytics Manager salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 based on relevant work experience.
