Job Summary

Aggio (aggio.io) is seeking a Technical Product Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience to contribute towards the success of our customers. This position will report directly to the Co-Founder.

Responsibilities

As an Technical Product Manager you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical sales amp; go-to-market challenges faced by clients to appropriately develop user stories and workflows. You will take complex client concepts and translate them in a way that technical and non-technical audiences can quickly understand.
  • Lead the requirements discovery process with the client to define the problem statement, scope, requirements, priorities, success metrics, and data sources. You will map and recommend the Aggio sales amp; marketing modules that best address the client needs.
  • Be accountable for the success of the client project and will own the client cadence (discovery/status/review meetings), project management, resource planning, and client implementation roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Aggio technical and product team to ensure all customer requirements are incorporated in the delivered Aggio sales amp; marketing modules. You will perform quality assurance and user training for a successful implementation.
  • Continue to support the client post-launch through issue resolution, data updates, and seek ways to increase user adoption and the overall return on investment that customers get from the use of Aggio products.
  • Achieve a foundational understanding of the Aggio platform and its value proposition, in addition to demonstrating the platform’s capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience with prototyping and building mockups.
  • Ability to coordinate client relationships and manage expectations while delivering implementations within agreed upon deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple open projects at any point in time, with varying degrees of complexity and business priority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
  • Strong analytical, business process, and problem management skills. Able to get guidance and act decisively to implement multiple projects.
  • Self-starter who is able to own the ongoing success of both large and small clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field/ experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer facing Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, or Project Management experience.
  • 2+ years experience in solving business problems with software solutions


Nice to Have

  • Experience in Agile practices.
  • Experience with Agile Issue Management software such as JIRA
  • Experience with data visualization and prototyping tools such as Tableau/Looker/Spotfire.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with SQL, or another data transformation language
  • Experience in solving marketing amp; sales analytical problems in Agriculture or related industries.
