Techflex is now hiring for permanent full time roles in our warehouse. The chosen candidates will be key members of our order fulfillment team.

Order fulfillment begins with order picking. Pickers receive a picking ticket and select the merchandise from finished goods. Items are either bulk packed or they are individual units put into some type of container. In small applications this may be only a few SKU’s. As the applications get bigger the order may consist of several bulk packs and more than a single container of individual items.

Machine Operators Begins with reading a customer order and then operating a spooling machine to fulfill the order requirements. A computer and scan gun are used to update inventory records.

All roles are for on-premise positions (Sparta, NJ).

Requirements

• Full time position Monday - Friday
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be detail orientated
• Previous experience with computer inventory systems a plus
• Previous experience operating a forklift a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer applications, such as MS Office a plus.
