Requirements
As a Software QA Automation Engineer, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the SDLC and especially how to address quality in a fast-paced agile process. You will help ensure that the CancerIQ platform is the best possible experience for our customers. Helping our team improve processes and our approach to continuously improve the quality of our software will be key in this role.
To be successful in this role you will need :
- 4+ years experience as a Senior Automation Associate of quality initiatives with a SaaS software company
- 8+ years experience as a Software Tester with a SaaS software company
- Perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness, redundancy, ambiguity, and testability
- Define and implement testing scope, approach, risks, and assumptions and impact analysis
- Experience with Gitlab / Jira / Test Rail/ Testmo preferred
- Create and maintain the testing project schedule and design, build, and prioritize test cases
- Participate in Test strategy discussions, Automation estimations and plan executions
- Must have created Automation from scratch to recognize UI controls and develop utilities, functions, control flow logic, loops and expert in coding to create automation using WebDriver or any other Tool
- Must have experience targeting elements on Web page using CSS selectors
- Extensive experience performing web browser testing (width and depth)
- Experience writing Java amp; JavaScript (or Python) to create test code (SDET)
- Experience with manual test with writing JavaScript and then create automation with Web Driver (JavaScript Web Driver or Selenium Web Driver) for testing webpages (front end) using Java/Selenium and/or JavaScript based test framework like cypress/web driver io
- Must have experience in Web Page Testing/ UI Testing , cross browser testing , multiple IT technical platforms, and application development methodologies
- Defect Management experience using tools amp; Prioritization along with coordination with BA , PM amp; Stakeholders and Work well in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Ensure every user story has adequate quality goals and well experienced creating use cases for E2E (End to End) testing on web browser/pages
