Ragtag bunch of hooligans seeks a Project Manager with digital and paid media expertise.

About the job:

The SRW Project Manager is a consistent force across the agency leading the charge to plan and produce best-in-class work on time and under budget. The Project Manager partners closely with all departments but will have a select focus within the media, website/development, and creative teams to plan, navigate, and execute assignments large and small.

The SRW Project Manager will have a thorough understanding of paid media, website development and creative process. As this Project Manager will be managing one of our largest pieces of business, they are proactive, a top-notch communicator, able to handle a large volume of projects, thrive under pressure, and can anticipate and solve issues as they arise during projects.

The Project Manager is the captain of information for timelines, budgets, processes, the latest project updates, content execution, wrangling client feedback, estimates, and more. They build strong relationships and know how to motivate team members in all departments. They can manage complex internal conversations or client meetings to share project updates with ease. They are organized, diligent, and haven’t met a problem they can’t solve.

About You:

  • You are a self-starter and skilled multi-tasker
  • You are buttoned up and know how to get the work done accurately; you pay close attention to details and have strong organization and time management skills
  • You possess an unrivaled proactiveness and hustle paired with a positive, can-do attitude
  • You are experienced in managing and navigating relationships, assignments and day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience dealing with large clients and large quantities of projects at once
  • You have worked directly with paid media and media departments, and specifically have knowledge within performance marketing, social and digital advertising, and paid media reporting
  • You are a team player; you put the success of your team and work before yourself
  • You are the creative team’s rock and general solver of creatives’ problems. You ensure they are clear on assignments, workload is manageable, calendars are up to date, etc.
  • You have experience working with freelance and outsourced creative resourcing companies. You understand the extra level of details required for outside parties to ensure forward movement.
  • You identify potential efficiencies and inefficiencies across projects, including the use of time, bandwidth issues, scheduling conflicts and brief clarity
  • You lead the overall project planning and timeline creation of work streams across high priority accounts and technical projects, including working with freelancers on website development and maintenance
  • You work with team leadership to manage assigned projects in all phases of the delivery process; including intake, overall scoping, risk management and execution
  • You facilitate notes and feedback from both client and internal meetings
  • You assist the Director of Project Management in the exploration of new tools and processes
  • You continuously manage and organize Box, our file storage system
  • You assist our Production team in the planning and execution of content shoots as needed
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of digital technology and you’ve worked with creative and website developers alike to bring creations to life
  • You stay current on the latest digital technology, functionality and integrations to serve as a go-to resource for the internal team and client

  • A degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalency in experience
  • 4+ years experience as a project manager or producer leading digital projects (large and small) in a creative agency or marketing firm
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Project Manager salary ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 based on relevant work experience.
