Located in Rural North West GA
We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Director to be responsible for managing all Famp;B operations and for delivering an excellent experience to the members. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all Famp;B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Food and Beverage Director, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (Famp;B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
