Job Summary
This position is responsible for driving order volume through our app and working directly with the customers to assist in fan education; downloading the app, placing an order, directing fans to the concession for pickup.

Job Functions- Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment.
- Marketing within the stadium to drive revenue; interacting with fans and handing out collateral
- Be on-site for games and events
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Education and Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2-3 years of guest service experience.
- must be 18 years or older
Preferred Education and Experience- 3-5 years of experience in stadium concessions, stadium operations, stadium customer service, athletic department operations, and/or any relevant experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and think critically.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting software.

Additional Responsibilities- Work Hours: Must be available to work weekends and game days
- Travel: travel to the stadium to work the events and home games
