Who we’re looking for:

As CybelAngel’s SDR Manager in North America, you’ll be responsible for helping to set and deliver on our sales growth strategy. You’ll be managing a team of talented SDRs who’re working to build the right pipeline of Enterprise prospects.

CybelAngel plans on doubling its revenue year over year. In this environment, you’ll excel at raising standards, thrive on going the extra-mile and have a get things done mindset. This is an electric opportunity for you to help scale a disruptive cybersecurity business.

Your mission:

  • Discover, test, and roll-out new ways of generating outbound leads and qualifying inbound ones
  • Coach and lead a joint remote and on site SDR team to reach your growth KPIs
  • Build up and optimize processes and playbooks to hit your monthly, quarterly, and yearly Qualified Opportunity targets
  • Grow the Sales Development team by leading by example, instilling best practices, proven sales methodology, and encouraging great team spirit
  • Work closely with Brand, Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to create compelling campaigns
  • Work closely with the AE team to ensure optimal communication and smooth transitioning of opportunities

Requirements

You have:

  • At least a year of prior experience managing a team, ideally a bit more
  • An understanding of KPIs necessary to drive SQLs to QOs
  • Knowledge of best practices for creating SQLs with Large Enterprises amp; Named Accounts
  • A practical understanding of Buyer Journey concepts and Buyer Personas
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills as you will be presenting to our Sales Team on metrics amp; results
  • Understanding of how best to align your SDRs with the Account Executive team
  • Ability to analyze all MQLs to determine which converted to SQLs for feedback opportunities
  • Understanding of ICP concepts and ability to educate on probable Buyer Personas within Vertical Segmentation
  • Exposure to Cyber Security and experience in Enterprise Sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, SalesLoft, Seismic or Lessonly is an asset
