Our Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for telling the world not just OUR story, but our clients' stories as well.

We’re looking for a key player to join our web services team as we work to spread goodness, project by project. The Digital Marketing Manager is both the guardian and driving force behind the creation, distribution, and strategic planning of our and our clients’ brand content. You will be responsible for our overall digital marketing strategy as well as the day-to-day management of our retainer clients’ social media campaign management, and content calendars. You will also measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns for both brandiD and clients.


Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role and a bachelor's degree in marketing or business. Certifications in Google Adwords and other social media certifications are preferred but not required. We are looking for an expert in all things that involve the digital presence of a company from social media to e-commerce, photo and video editing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stay on top of all of them.


We are looking for a candidate with a knack for identifying and executing creative, effective opportunities to improve the reach of the brandiD and our clients through smart content marketing, social media strategy, community management, funnel creation, guest posting, and blogging, as well as an insatiable interest in growth, innovation, and staying ahead of the curve.


This key player on our web services team will work alongside our CEO and Marketing team to grow, innovate, analyze, and strategize for The brandiD and our clients. This role will be filled by someone who possesses a depth of previous marketing experience but the personal drive to forge new paths, the gumption to grab the reigns, and the passion to dig his/her heels in and get to work.

Here’s how you could help us do that:

Requirements

  • Gather, analyze and interpret customer research, market conditions, and competitor information
  • Develop the strategy for a multi-platform content plan and manage the content calendar based on the agreed-upon strategic plan for clients as well as brandiD products and services.
  • Review content metrics and KPIs (ex. open rates, click-through rates) to measure the overall effectiveness of the content strategy
  • Manage and implement marketing tactics such as A/B tests and promotions that succeed through email
  • Develop innovative and impactful social media content for brandiD and our clients, and manage all relevant social media channels
  • Review, edit, and manage content across all channels, including the company website, social media, email campaigns, course membership site, and virtual events.
  • Build and cultivate social media relationships with key thought leaders, partners, and social influencers
  • Work with a team of staff writers to create high-quality shareable content
