User Experience (UX) Designer - Raleigh, NC
What makes you successful in this role?
As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will own UX design strategically and tactically across the PCLaw | Time Matters portfolio of web-based and on-premise software solutions.
You will work with our team of product management, software development, client success and quality assurance teams to design and implement amazing experiences for our end users. Primary responsibilities include internal propagation and reinforcement of a strong user research culture, creation of standardized cross-product design systems and associated tools; oversight of design consistency across products and projects; creation of wireframes and mockups; iterative adaption of designs and workflows in response to user feedback and customer research; communication and collaboration with developers and other internal stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities may include participation in customer-facing research and input on other product aspects such as usability and navigation, labeling and messaging, and accessibility. You will also have the ability to influence the long-term product vision from a design and UX perspective.
