Position Description
CCG IQ is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated marketing assistant to aid in the execution of the marketing strategies across our growing group of companies, CCG IQ, HVACi, and StrikeCheck. This position will be responsible for assigning leads, maintaining our marketing automation system, organizing and publishing content, scheduling emails and social posts, and ordering printed materials. Organization and attention to detail is key in this role. This position will take full ownership of the maintenance and organization of our past, current, and future content in various systems. They will manage all preparation and follow up tasks associated with email campaigns, call campaigns, education webinars, and other marketing campaigns. Additionally, this role will gather and analyze all marketing and sales data to gauge marketing communication success and enhance the responsiveness of our marketing efforts.
The marketing assistant will join our growing marketing team and will report directly to the director of marketing. The ideal candidate must be an organized and curious.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and organize marketing automation system and lead database.
- Test and schedule list emails.
- Set up forms, form handlers, autoresponders, automation rules, and engagement programs in our marketing automation system.
- Organize content and update content management system up to date.
- Publish new content on websites and update previous content as needed.
- Assist in content creation through research, slide deck creation, document set up.
- Report on marketing efforts by collecting sales and marketing data to evaluate campaign success.
- Research and analyze customer behavior.
- Work with vendors to order printed and promotional materials.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, required.
- The knowledge of digital and content marketing principles, required.
- A proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, required.
- A high level of organization with extreme attention to detail, required.
- A comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment, required.
- Experience with social media management tools, preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation systems (preferably Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo), preferred.
- Experience with content management systems (preferably Wordpress), preferred.
- Experience with marketing analytics, preferred.
- A familiarity with customer relationship management software (preferably Salesforce), preferred.
- A knowledge of SEO principles, preferred.
