Requirements

What you will do:
As the Sales Operations Admin, you play an important role in ActivTrak’s ability to successfully develop, invoice, and report on customer accounts. You will be a pivotal player in the product provisioning process as we continue to onboard new customers. This role will work directly with the sales team, and customers, to ensure that their orders are fulfilled and invoiced timely and accurately. The Sales Operations Admin may be asked to help with billing/collections questions and projects.

  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Experience using SalesForce and working closely with a Sales Team
  • Experience with a SaaS subscription billing software; Chargebee preferred.
  • Experience directly interfacing with customers/partners regarding billing/invoicing questions.
  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving (conceptually and analytically).
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
