Reporting to the Treasury Director, this individual would be responsible for the day to day Treasury Operation activities across all entities in the United States and Canada. This person would also ensure compliance and safeguard of cash with proper internal controls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Management and Talent Payroll Teams with time sensitive wire payments
- Manage daily check and wire payment process and enter payments into bank portals
- Respond on a timely basis to all inquiries: Check Inquiries and Transaction Investigations, and Positive Pay Exceptions
- Upload FX Rates into Google Drive to share with internal teams
- Process Cash Journal Entries in a timely manner. This includes entries for ZBA transactions, Control Disbursement activity, and Talent Wire Payments
- Prepare Weekly Check Deposits and use Remote Deposit Scanner in the office
- Prepare International and Domestic payment types in Cashpro and RBC banking platforms.
- Prepare Daily Global Cash Report with commentary
- Comply with Treasury Policies to ensure proper internal controls are adhered to with regards to liquidity management
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams.
- Assist in the year end cash confirmation process
- Provide support for cash forecasting for all entities
- Support strategic business initiatives and process improvements
- Ensure that all internal and external requests are being processed timely, accurately and effectively

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a directly related field, 1-4 years of treasury experience, ideally in a multinational environment
- Experience with the different payment types globally
- Experience executing bank documentation
- Experience with bank online systems (CashPro, JPM Access, etc.)
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external professionals
