Job Description

FROSCH is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization, ready to immerse themselves in a large-scale digital marketing initiatives including an internal website project. This role will initially be focused primarily on the development of a new FROSCH intranet platform and then will evolve into the key internal resource overseeing the operations of the company’s digital platforms including the intranet, websites, and other assets.

This person will work with the assembled intranet development team, as well as the content owners, to create and maintain the new intranet for the entire FROSCH organization. It requires a dedicated resource who is adept in basic digital coding, project management, and content creation.

This role is inherently cross-functional - working closely with the product, finance, operations, training, marketing, and executive teams to envision, develop, and launch innovative marketing and communication initiatives beginning with the FROSCH intranet and continuing with digital programs across the organization including CMS programming, website oversight, and digital campaigns.

Job Details:

  • Act as an operational leader for intranet project; collaborating with cross-functional business owners/partners throughout the organization to ensure campaign infrastructure and execution support of important initiatives
  • Responsible for maintaining the site navigation and site content hierarchy, seed and develop standard methodologies about using the intranet for the various use cases
  • Can own the whole experience, while managing multiple organizational departments to consume data and content for display on the Intranet
  • Influence a large degree of control over the UX workflow acting as the bridge between the design team and the technical and product management team
  • Ensure operational updates and maintenance are handled across all platforms and devices
  • Drive adoption to the platforms that the team owns. Work on weekly/monthly/quarterly communications including executive updates, newsletters, blogs, communications plans for various audiences
  • Develop project reports, presentations, weekly status metrics and communications
  • Build intranet pages for company departments and oversee the development of community support for those pages
  • Possess strong user interface design experience, and can create dynamic imagery to be displayed on the Intranet as well as other online platforms
  • Work with IT/Development and marketing teams to identify and plan future enhancements to the Intranet
  • Identify integration opportunities for existing technology to display content, reports, analytics
  • Report on site analytics, areas of improvement, runs reports to share with management and areas for enhanced opportunities
  • Project manage an intranet content calendar of engaging content
  • Train and coach content creators and users
  • Act as an evangelist for our intranet throughout the company
  • Ensure content is easy to find, easy to understand, and actionable for users
  • Monitor and prune content prevent our intranet from becoming a content graveyard
  • Participate in strategic marketing planning as well as messaging, creative, and sales enablement projects

Requirements

  • Demonstrates networking skills across cross functional teams to effectively handle and deliver projects
  • Maintains ongoing communications with cross functional project partners advising them of all pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments, changes, portfolio status reporting, and other meaningful information

  • Effective project management capabilities and ability to deliver results as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor
