Job Description

We are an SEO agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for eCommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com and many, many more global brands.

We offer continuous SEO and digital marketing training so you can improve your skills and level up your career. Our team will invest more than one hundred hours into your training. The training includes digital marketing courses, coaching from senior marketers, and working directly with global brands to make an impact on their strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help us drive our growth, manage sales operations and identify new opportunities for our business. To excel in this role you should be a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven individual with great organizational and communication skills. This role will be interacting directly with the Director of Sales on a daily basis.

As a member of our team, you will have access to global brands, extraordinary learning opportunities, and complete ownership of your job/results.

More specifically, in this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales team
  • Oversee Sales team and support them in meeting their goals
  • Create, manage and keep track of KPIs and metrics
  • Manage our CRM (Pipedrive) and supporting systems
  • Manage workflow automation
  • Research new CRMs
  • Work with Sales Director to create and implement sales strategies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales process documentation

Requirements

In order to excel as our new Sales Operations Manager, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience with working in CRMs, preferably Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Team management experience
  • Experienced in workflow automation management
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly; you are tech-savvy
