Job Description
The IT Administrator will coordinate, facilitate and organize all activities related to the day-to-day operations and logistics of the Information amp; Operations Technology Group.
- Respond to the Chief Technology Officer and other senior managers within the department to aid with scheduling and project needs
- Manage the Asset Database by tracking tickets and keeping records current
- Collaborate with the Director of End User Services and System Support team to keep stock and safety stock reconciled and replenished as needed
- Upload weekly stock reports and manage audit data
- Coordinate contracts, track software and hardware licenses and analyze changes in renewals with management
- Facilitate equipment purchases for office setups
- Initiate POs for IT purchases, renewals and WOs, tracking all logistical aspects from initial ordering to completed delivery
- Track annual Hardware and Software Budget renewals and expenses
- Produce detailed quarterly expense reports for the IT Operating and Capital budgets
- Track and submit all IT invoices, ensuring they are paid in a timely manner
- Review HW/SW Budget annually with managers
- Submit employee reimbursements for all IT/OT Staff, communicate deadlines, and anticipate the needs of the team
- Manage IT/OT Group travel arrangements, ensuring all aspects of logistics are anticipated, plan detailed itineraries and request reimbursements
- Maintain calendars for IT Managers, schedule conference rooms and coordinate Audio/Video services meetings, as needed
- Other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- Associates degree at minimum
- 1-2 years of experience
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher and Access
- Knowledge of general office machines (Copy/Fax/Scan/Computer) and telephone systems
- Ability to travel locally and nationally via private or public conveyance to manage the law office’s technology systems
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Interpersonal skills necessary to provide information with courtesy and tact
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
