Job Summary
We are looking for a financial analyst to join our growing team. To be successful, you should be adaptable, curious, and reliable with experience in financial modeling and analysis. The role will serve as a key node in the organization, interacting continuously with operations, business development, accounting, and the leadership team. This position will report to the VP of Finance.
Job Duties - Initial
- Analyze monthly operational results and financial statements
- Lead monthly results and forecast discussions with operations and leadership teams
- Build and maintain BPamp;A models
- Collaborate with operations team to reduce costs
- Develop and distribute routine reports
- Participate in budgeting activities
Job Duties - Growth
- Forecast short-term cash position
- Build return models for growth projects
- Track capital project spending and perform lookback analysis
- Assist in preparation of board and investor materials
- Perform ad hoc analysis on a variety of subjects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting
- 0-3 years of experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Adaptable, curious, and growth-oriented
- Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
Additional Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Jet Reports, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools
- BPamp;A in industry
