Job Description

Saxony Partners is looking for a Senior Consultant | Business Systems Analyst with Yardisoftware implementation, specifically Fixed Asset Module experience to enhance our growing team of consulting professionals.

Our consultants are focused on the full life cycle of client engagements (from initial sales/scoping meetings through post-production support) while serving as a primary Yardi subject matter expert for the implementation. This person must work in cooperation with Saxony’s Real Estate Practice leadership team, their internal/client project team, and external parties such as Yardi account representatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Perform complex product implementation and conversion services for assigned clients; analyzes and interprets client operational needs and determines initial system configuration; accordingly, and performs data mapping and conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment.
  • Facilitation of module design and configuration meetings
  • Perform Yardi system configuration
  • Extraction and import of client data during software migration efforts
  • Assist clients with system setup and documentation of client processes
  • Facilitate module training sessions both live and remotely
  • Participate in client cutover/go-live processes

Requirements

WHAT DO WE NEED?

  • Minimum of 6 years of Yardi technical support/system administration experience and general knowledge of Yardi schema with prior implementation experience
  • Experience in automating complex investment management processes
  • Technical understanding of fixed assets, income allocations, recording capital tracking, hierarchies, financial consolidations, and performance analytics journal entries
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a challenging environment
  • Knowledge in three of the following areas: Property Management, Accounting, Technical Support, SQL, Custom development
  • Must have commercial industry experience
  • Track record of successful problem-solving
  • Experience in communicating complex technical concepts
  • Prior work as a PM, Assistant Controller or Controller is helpful
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Industry certifications in Property Management and/or Project Management (CPM, CAPS, CAM, CMCA, NAHP, PMP, CAPM, CPMP, CSM, APM, MPM, ACC, CBAP, CBDA, CCBA, ECBA etc.) also preferred
