Retail Manager Position
Hudson Medical + Wellness is actively seeking a passionate Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate has an excellent business acumen, including a practical mindset and logical thinking. Our candidate is creative and comes up with ways to respond to market trends and generate business with limited resources. You are responsible for corresponding with customers, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our customers and their families.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the Hudson Brand and oversee all customer touch points and customer experience (facility cleanliness, staff appearance and training)
- Understands all Hudson Medical and Wellness offerings and products and able to discuss with staff, patients and other practices/clients
- Contribute to our customer service by devising creative solutions and offering clear guidance to our patients
- Thinks of creative ways to strengthen and improve Hudson products with customers
- Identify potential improvements and recommend them to Hudson leadership; support change initiatives
- Potentially assist on ad-hoc marketing projects
- Create (high end) client relationships
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other management position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Commercial awareness
- Proactive in-store planning skills and strong sales abilities
- Effective listening skills with excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism
- Demonstrate logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented with highly organized work skills
- Competence in Google Suites, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of medical products, health and wellness.
- Secondary language is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese)
Education and Certification
- Graduate with a BA/BS degree
- 2 5 years of experience in retail, sales and customer service.
