BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HUDSON WELLNESS
Hudson Wellness of Hudson Medical Group is seeking a passionate Business Development Manager - primary function is to increase Hudson Wellness’ footprint and bring more patients through the door by establishing relationships with medical and corporate partners, conduct market research and explore new business opportunities. This individual will work cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and business development teams to create and spearhead the execution of growth strategies to increase brand awareness, improve client retention, and establish new partnerships. Day to day work includes identifying partnership or client opportunities, developing strategies on outreach, keeping very close relationships with Hudson wellness providers and maintaining a high level of understanding of their services, and working cross-functionally to create compelling marketing collateral to support BD efforts. This individual will also spearhead analysis of business competition and maintain corporate contact lists. A major focus of this role will be to develop our B2B channel of business. This means connecting, presenting, and selling our wellness programs to the leadership/benefits departments of companies. This BD Manager will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work very closely with the Wellness leadership team.
