Requirements

Hudson Medical is actively looking for a passionate and tenacious Clinical Manager to fill a new job position. The candidate directly supports our clinical teams specialized in Pain Management, Physical Medicine amp; Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Neurology, and Interventional Mental Health. S/He functions as a team lead who directs and coordinates all aspects of clinical care and clinical teams.

In this role, the employee will be potentially responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to, clinical work of timely and accurate transcription of medical information into the EMR system, setting up procedures, and triaging patient flow . Administrative tasks include a lead role in patient care and follow up, OR coordination and ordering of supplies, along with management of clinical team members.

The Clinical Manager demonstrates a high level of clinical knowledge, communication and interdisciplinary collaboration, professionalism and systems-based practice. The candidate assures safe, effective, and quality patient care.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Act as clinical coordinator for patients
  • Collaborate with clinical staff (MDs, APPs, MAs) to provide patients with the best care possible
  • Help to administer treatments, monitor the effects of the treatment on the patients’ mental and physical health
  • Medical Documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Supply management of 150+ items with 7+ different suppliers.
  • Coordinating special procedures with different departments and respective company representatives.
  • Compliance with ASF Outpatient Procedural certification requirements.
  • Coordinating staffing and team scheduling among our Hudson Medical Locations.
  • Supervise daily clinical operations including but not limited to patient triaging, equipment supervision, and OR flow.
  • Supervise training and ensure compliance with company protocols.
