Concierge Senior Patient Service Representative Position

Hudson Medical + Wellness + Mind is actively seeking an empathetic Concierge Senior Patient Service Representative. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a friendly and compassionate organization. In this role, you will work as the initial point of contact of our multidisciplinary medical office and provide assistance to our patients and other visitors. You will be responsible for corresponding with patients, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families.

In this position, you will be assisting patients through their journey at Hudson Medical Group across our multiple specialities. You will have the knowledge of all our services that we offer and be able to answer basic inquiries regarding who Hudson is and what health services can we offer to our community. You will also be pioneering a Concierge workflow process with our team and be located in our newly renovated West Village office.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the Hudson Brand and ensure a positive experience for all patients and patrons
  • Provide general information regarding Hudson Medical, Wellness, and Mind services and programs we offer; be able to speak to any marketing promotions we have ongoing at the time
  • Facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients by working with various team members from the Medical, Wellness, and Mind team
  • Be able to schedule and coordinate patient care using our EMR system
  • Communicate and triage any concerns to appropriate staff personnel
  • Contribute to our customer service by devising creative solutions and offering clear guidance to our patients
  • Create and maintain high end patient/client relationships
  • Identify potential improvements and recommend them to Hudson leadership; support change initiatives
  • Perform related duties as required


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Competence in EMR Athena Health, Google Suite,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism
  • Demonstrate logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented with highly organized work skills
  • Effective listening skills with excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment processes
  • Secondary language is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese)


Education and Certification

  • Graduate with a BA/BS degree
  • 2 5 years of experience in a medical practice or hospitality
