Requirements
IT Technical Support Intern Position
Hudson Medical + Wellness is currently seeking a for a bright, organized, articulate and reliable IT Technical Support Engineer. The candidate will assist the Information Technology Manager with onboarding, offboarding new team members, installation, troubleshooting of internet, computers, printer, Sonos audio system and other computer related issues.
Responsibilities
- Report to and assist the Information Technology Manager with all IT related issues
- Onboarding and Offboarding new staff
- Onboarding new computers and devices on our network
- Troubleshooting internet, computer, printer, Sonos audio system
Desired Skills and Experience
- Passionate in computers, basic internet troubleshooting, printer set-up
- Self-starter with a strong analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Extremely detail-oriented with a creative eye and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
- Expertise with Windows 10, computer networking, Active Directory, Google Apps, Slack
- Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) proficiency is a MUST
- Experience with CRM tools, a plus
Education/Certification
- Computer Science or Management Information Systems major
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS
