Requirements

Hudson Medical + Wellness is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Patient Concierge Call Center Representative to join our growing Call Center team. This position is remote and will require abilities to handle high call volumes, respond to live chats, and respond to digital engagements from patients. This position plays an integral role in supporting our company’s ability to help patients live a higher quality life.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the broad ranges of services and treatments that we offer
  • Answer incoming calls with a compassionate and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with patients and call back patients whose phone calls were missed
  • Answer emails, live chats, and text messages in a timely manner
  • Collecting information, understanding patient concerns and appropriate routing to clinicians and other patient care coordinators
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients
  • Assist in managing the practice’s schedule and decrease no show rates
  • Work closely with team members remote and in office to provide excellent customer service
  • Attend weekly staff meeting to discuss and foster a teamwork environment with the front facing team members

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Electronic Medical Records, Athena Health, Google Suites, and SalesForce
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle situations with tact and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrate logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented with highly organized work skills
  • Effective listening skills with excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment processes
  • Secondary language is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese)
  • Experienced working in the medical industry

Education and Certification

  • Graduate with a BA/BS degree
  • 2 5 years of experience in a medical practice
