Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive Reach’s future growth by laying the groundwork for prospective clients through in-depth research, building custom campaigns and demonstrating the Reach value proposition for their businesses. You will be empowered to keep track of trends in the e-commerce industry, build your own prospect lists, and qualify them through probing questions to determine if there is a good fit with Reach.
You are a natural salesperson, who applies your analytical mind to business problems and is constantly curious about how companies are innovating in the digital era. You like research and know how to read between the lines to make educated decisions. You get excited about the big picture and sharing that vision with others because your biggest motivator is to provide value every day. You are competitive with yourself, more so than your team, and are eager to grow your career.
Culture Complement:
Reach is a 100+ person company with offices in Austin, Calgary, London, Sydney and San Francisco. Those that thrive at Reach are open to new ideas, are respectful of others' thinking, empathetic to those around them and inclusive in their approach. It is a hard-working team that balances practical with creative and works to find solutions that will enhance both the business and the needs of the customer. The right candidate for Reach is one who is smart, passionate, accountable and collaborative. They are excited about the opportunity to disrupt the marketplace and are driven in their mission to serve the customer. This candidate is an enthusiastic and optimistic person and knows how to take educated risks. Next Steps:
At Reach, our corporate culture is very important to us. As part of our interview process, we'd like to get to know more about you. Prior to meeting with the hiring manager, we will send a couple of questions from the manager to selected candidates with a link to a video recording which only our in-house recruiter and hiring manager will see. While we recognize the one-way video may not be the preferred interview style, compared to an in-depth initial conversation, it is meant to show us how you think through problems rather than be impersonal. We appreciate your interest in joining Reach!
