You would join us as an Electrical Designer/Engineer - Project Manager working on things like
- Maintaining and generating positive client relationships
- Be responsible for building business development with regional clients
- Working as a team on projects and, therein, run teams on projects to maintain design schedule and client expectations
- Creating, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules
- Traveling regionally for detailed site investigations and client meetings
- Providing coordination of project designs with other disciplines
- Technical design and quality control on projects for commercial building projects
- Leading in the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings, and for renovations and additions to existing facilities as needed
- Training and mentoring engineers within the practice as well as being mentored in to further roles and responsibilities in the future
We'd love for you to apply for this position if you
- Preferred a degree in Architectural or Electrical Engineering
- Have at least 8+ years of related MEP experience
- Enjoy being client-facing and developing strong business relationships
- Have exceptional project management skills and experience in design and management of commercial building projects
- Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines and meeting client's needs for responsiveness while maintaining quality design
- Are knowledgeable of local codes, utility procurement, and inspection procedures
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Are highly proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit
- Have K-12 design experience is a big plus!
