Cashier/Server Seasonal Summer

Hiring team members for summer positions starting immediately for the dippin' dots ice cream kiosk. Location: Chicago Premium Outlets Mall, Aurora, IL location.

Available shifts: morning, afternoon and some weekends.

• Greet customers and serve dippin' dots ice cream with a smile
• Manage transactions (cash or credit) with customers accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy serving and checkout areas
• Maintain product and stock
• open and close shifts accurately

Requirements

• cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
• inventory management preferred but not required
• flexible shift hours
• some weekends/holidays
• ability to work outdoors

• Basic PC knowledge
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
