We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our dynamic US Healthcare team and help scale Huma’s Hospital @ Home vertical. A successful candidate will be responsible for both strategic and tactical marketing deliverables.Your Mission will be both strategic and tactical
  • Work alongside our US commercial team to shape our go to market strategy.
  • Stay updated on competitors’ market positions, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their services and analyze Huma’s SEO efforts
  • Collaborate with our global team on strategic US marketing initiatives which may include but not limited to: product marketing, KOL and commercial engagement.
  • Work with our US commercial team to develop contract pricing and product market fit.
  • Support US sales, increase product awareness and drive US commercial value growth
  • Work in partnership with our global teams to develop and execute marketing initiativesthat support Huma’s company objectives.


  • Uncover market insights, qualify, access and manage leads for our commercial team.
  • Collaborate with our global team to develop and optimize collateral.
  • Partner with our social media team to leverage the power of our social media channels and maximize our marketing and branding goals.
  • Support disease specific Commercial Sales Directors by focusing on market research and lead generation strategies across a range of channels as Huma scalesWork with our global team to manage and set priorities for US public relations initiatives.
  • Manage US centric trade shows, conferences, thought leadership opportunities and relevant marketing events as we broaden Huma’s US brand presence and scale.
From Day One:
  • We’ll expect you to have 10+ years experience in growth marketing in US healthcare
  • 1-3 years experience in digital health and scaling companies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with senior leadership and C-Suite leaders
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify risks, provide market insights, and draw valid conclusions from findings using data.
  • Analytical and statistical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures.
  • Experience with CRM database, HubSpot and customer analytics.
