BPO Regional Sales Representative

Gear Inc. is an American owned and operated business process outsourcing company operating in Southeast Asia. Matchbox Mobile - Gear Inc. provides industry leading Image Moderation, Social Media Management, IT Consulting, Application Development, Game Development, and Outsourcing Services. We are experts in moderating online user generated content.

We are looking for a talented Sales Representative to promote Gear Inc. in the US market. The two main tasks for this position involve establishing relationships with new clients and assisting in the launch of new projects.

Our Sales Representative is expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a business development representative, sales executive or other relevant role, experience in B2B is a must (in BPO industry preferred)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to creatively research companies and prospects to develop effective sales strategy
How you will contribute to our company


Our Sales Representative will work directly with our CEO and other functional teams and be responsible for the B2B sales activities which are not limited to:

  • Develop strategic plans for account identification, penetration and growth
  • Initiate sales approach and develop sales volume/ KPI to regional markets, including Northern America, and Southern America
  • Using in depth BPO industry trends and Gear Inc service offerings, develop and execute go-to market strategies that secure net new business for the organization
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Partner with operations to ensure alignment on service capabilities
  • Develop solutions that meet the clients needs and are aligned with the company's core competencies
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Develop relationships with prospect executives gaining understanding of their business needs
  • Work with Marketing team to develop specific campaigns within target markets
  • Respond in a timely manner to inbound calls, email inquiries and web leads
  • Develop, maintain and update an accurate prospect pipeline
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
