The Program/Project Manager is responsible for overall productivity and profitability of the contract. This position enforces and monitors compliance of all policies to ensure quality performance and safety of entire staff. The position is responsible for oversight of all employees and overseeing the annual contact budget. This position is responsible for providing ongoing project analysis, communicating project status to corporate management, and identifying and resolving project issues and constraints. In addition, position will manage project resources, progress, budgets, safety records, procurement goals, client relations, and schedules.
