The House Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of front and back of the house spaces. They will provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock all floor closets. They will also deliver and retrieve items as needed from guest rooms and items requested by Hotel guest/Residents and associates in the Housekeeping department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain the cleanliness of all corridors, elevators, elevator landing areas.
- Re-stock linen closets with supplies, linens and towels for room attendants.
- Collect dirty linen bags from room attendants. Strip dirty rooms when requested by management.
- Move furniture when requested by Manager.
- Assist co-workers, as requested.
- Deliver items to guest rooms upon request in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service to guests, including information about Hotel Services to promote a high-quality living experience for all residents. Ensure corridors are free of dust, walls are free of marks and vacuum hallway carpets.
- Ensure housekeeping supplies are in stock and inform Management when reordering is necessary Communicates with Management regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property
- Ability to work at both properties.
- Complete projects assigned by Management.
- Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic reading skills
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
- Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
